1. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, Vedaaz accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You can pay the order amount directly to the delivery partner when your order arrives.

2. Do I need to pay anything online?

No. You do not need to make any online payment. Simply place your order and pay in cash when it is delivered.

3. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver products across India, subject to courier service availability at your location.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are generally delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared with you through SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

6. Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@vedaaz.shop. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated if the order has not already been dispatched.

7. Can I change my delivery address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@vedaaz.shop with your order details and relevant photographs/videos. Our team will review the issue and assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. What happens if I am unavailable when the courier arrives?

The courier partner may make additional delivery attempts. Please keep your phone available and coordinate with the delivery partner to receive your order.

10. Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping availability and charges depend on the product and offer displayed at the time of purchase. If a product includes Free Shipping, it will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.
